I have had some good odds of luck lately, call it planetary favoritism you might say in my chart of Scorpio. Last month for shits and giggles I applied for a slot at the TEDX DETROIT LAB that is an exhibit part of the show, showcasing all kinds of artist and vendors, picking me to be apart of this amazing opportunity.
I realized in that short congratulatory moment that I really needed to step up my game BIG TIME and had 3.5 weeks till go date to do it. I needed to really stretch myself farther than I ever had in order to incorporate all the universal gifts that are about to come my way as a reward for putting myself out there. I showed my husband the email after I found the space to contain my excitement and together we are rising to the challenge, putting magicalmaven on display in a GO TEAM REZNIK fashion at TEDX DETROIT Nov. 6th.
The bracelets I create are with the set intention to aid and nurture ones healing process, not to replace professional care and support. I have for the last 23 years been a working manicurist and have heard and been through many different different situations with my clients offering not just a manicure, yet my hand along the way. I learned the art of empathy and compassion for others in this profession, making it a wonderful stepping stone for me to move onto the next level in the evolution of my purpose.
I have taken my life long love for the mineral kingdom and found a way to utilize my wisdom, skill, education and knowledge into creating something that can be worn, still offering a ray of light as a source of inspiration.
Be brave in the face of fear, moving through the Chaos of your mind that’s there to keep you small. Find the strength to do things that challenge your goals, creating space for the alignment of manifestation to take place, gifting you with opportunities and its riches along the way. Those who stand with you, take with you and those who stand in front of you to prohibit and curupt your growth push to the side, and keep going.
This is the time to shine, and there is room for EVERYONE.
